Our Story

Lonz Estate has been a quiet fixture on Middle Bass for as long as anyone on the island can remember. We started as a small bakery — just ovens, flour, and the kind of rhythm that comes from feeding a close-knit community — and we've grown only as much as the island needed us to.
Today we're more than a bakery. We're your grocery stop, your one-stop for island essentials, and the place where the bread still smells like morning. Located on Fox Road, we're where locals and summer visitors alike come for the good stuff — the kind you can't find anywhere else on the lake.
